Summit
Where the region's governments, infrastructure operators and technology leaders decide how Asia Pacific stays running.
The summit
The Asia Pacific Resilience Summit is a one-day, invitation-led executive summit on national, digital and economic resilience across Asia Pacific. It brings governments, critical-infrastructure operators and technology leaders into one room to compare notes on how the region stays running: through cyber incidents, infrastructure failures, supply-chain shocks and the new rules now being written across the region.
The format is the one that built the European Resilience Summit: a ministerial or agency opening, cross-sector plenary panels, closed-door roundtables under the Chatham House Rule, Doc-Reads on real operator cases, a Writers Room for the Asia Pacific chapter of the Resilience Handbook, and a closing Singapore Statement. An executive dinner the evening before opens the conversations that shape the day.
Curated partner presence in the foyer. No expo hall.

The Resilience Summit series
The European Resilience Summit started in one room in Kreuzberg in September 2025 and has since convened the resilience community in Paris, Davos, London, Vienna, The Hague and again in Berlin. The same format travels to every city: one summit day, one executive dinner the evening before, one community that keeps writing together between editions. The European Resilience Handbook, Thriving in Times of Disruption, written with practitioners from that community, was published in September 2026.
The American Resilience Summit follows in New York in 2027. The Asia Pacific Resilience Summit is the third region of the series.
